Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What species is the B&U 120mm sinking minnow lure best suited for?
A: The B&U GALAXY M120S is designed to target a wide range of predatory species including pike, bass, and trout. Its large 120mm profile and 36.7g weight make it especially effective for big predators in both saltwater and freshwater environments.
Q: Can I use this minnow lure in saltwater?
A: Yes! The B&U 120mm sinking crankbait is classified as a saltwater lure and is fully suitable for ocean boat fishing, ocean beach fishing, and ocean rock fishing, in addition to freshwater locations like lakes, rivers, and ponds.
Q: How deep does this sinking lure run?
A: As a sinking (not floating or suspending) wobbler, the GALAXY M120S will sink on a slack line, allowing you to count it down to your desired depth before beginning your retrieve. This makes it extremely versatile for targeting fish in the mid-water column and near the bottom.
Q: Is the lure ready to use out of the package?
A: Yes, the B&U 120mm minnow lure comes pre-rigged with treble hooks and is ready to tie on and cast straight out of the packaging — no additional setup required.
