Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What fish species is the B&U 120mm Saltwater Floating Minnow Lure best suited for?
A: This 120mm floating minnow jerkbait is specifically designed for saltwater predators including sea bass, mackerel, and barracuda. Its long cast design and realistic minnow action also make it highly effective for freshwater species such as pike and large trout in lakes, rivers, and reservoirs.
Q: What fishing positions or environments can I use this lure in?
A: The B&U 120mm Saltwater Minnow Lure is extremely versatile. It performs well in ocean boat fishing, ocean beach casting, ocean rock fishing, as well as inland environments like lakes, rivers, reservoirs, ponds, and streams — making it an all-around hard bait for serious anglers.
Q: Is this a surface lure or does it dive?
A: This is a floating minnow lure. At rest it floats on the surface, but when retrieved it dives and produces a side-to-side darting jerkbait action that closely imitates an injured baitfish — one of the most effective triggers for aggressive predatory fish.
Q: How many lures come in the pack?
A: Each order includes 1 lure. If you want to build out a full saltwater tackle selection, check out our other B&U lure options linked above.
