Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What type of batteries does the automatic soap dispenser require?
A: The dispenser runs on 4 × 1.5V AAA batteries (DC 6V total). Please note that batteries are not included with the unit. Standard AAA alkaline batteries available at any grocery or hardware store will work perfectly.
Q: Can I use any type of liquid soap in this dispenser?
A: Yes! The 300ml touchless soap dispenser is compatible with most liquid hand soaps, hand sanitizers, and liquid detergents. Avoid very thick or gel-based formulas, as these may not flow as smoothly through the pump mechanism.
Q: Is the sensor soap dispenser truly waterproof?
A: The dispenser carries an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning it is built to withstand splashes and brief water exposure on its outer surface. Its seamless design prevents water from seeping inside, making it safe to place directly beside a sink or on a bathroom counter.
Q: How do I get a larger amount of soap per dispense?
A: The unit dispenses approximately 1ml of soap per activation by default. To receive a larger amount, simply keep your hand under the nozzle for more than 2 seconds — the sensor will continue dispensing until you move your hand away.
