Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does the mist function work on the 16-inch pedestal mist fan?
A: The mist fan uses a built-in water reservoir and a fine atomizer to release a cool water mist into the airflow. As the fan blows air over the mist, it creates an evaporative cooling effect that noticeably lowers the temperature in your immediate surroundings — perfect for hot days indoors or outdoors.
Q: Is the P3 pedestal mist fan compatible with both 110V and 220V outlets?
A: Yes! The P3 16-inch mist fan supports dual voltage (110V and 220V), making it suitable for use in a wide range of countries and regions without the need for a voltage converter.
Q: Can I use the remote control to operate all functions of the fan?
A: The included remote control allows you to conveniently adjust fan speed settings and timer from a distance. The mechanical controls on the unit itself also provide full access to all features.
Q: What is covered under the 1-year warranty?
A: The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. The after-sales service also includes free spare parts, so you can keep your fan running at peak performance with minimal hassle.
