Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What type of soap can I use with this automatic foam soap dispenser?

A: The DUTRIEUX foam soap dispenser is compatible with most standard liquid hand soaps. Simply dilute your preferred liquid soap as needed (typically a 1:3 soap-to-water ratio works well) and fill the reservoir — the built-in foam maker will convert it into a rich, creamy lather automatically.

Q: How do I recharge the dispenser's battery?

A: The dispenser features a USB rechargeable battery. Simply connect it to any standard USB power source (phone charger, power bank, computer port) using the included USB cable. A full charge typically provides weeks of regular use before needing to be recharged again.

Q: How is the dispenser mounted on the wall?

A: The DUTRIEUX soap dispenser comes with a wall-mounting bracket. You can attach it securely to tiles, painted walls, or smooth surfaces using the provided hardware or strong adhesive tape (check package contents). The wall-mount design keeps your countertop free of clutter and ensures the dispenser stays in a fixed, easy-to-use position.

Q: Is this dispenser suitable for commercial or office use?

A: Yes! The touchless sensor and wall-mounted design make this foam soap dispenser ideal for high-traffic environments including office washrooms, reception areas, childcare facilities, and shared workspaces — anywhere hygienic, hands-free handwashing is a priority.
