How to Use
Step 1 — Sampling
Place the scanner flat against the surface and press the power switch. The first red and green indicator lights will illuminate, accompanied by a single 'beep', then the red light extinguishes — confirming successful calibration. If the red light stays on and emits a short 'beep-beep', move to a clear area of the surface and retry, as interference or an object already present may be affecting calibration.
Step 2 — Scanning
Hold the power switch depressed and glide the scanner slowly along the surface. Red LEDs will illuminate one by one as you approach a hidden object. When all LEDs are lit and the 'beep-beep' alarm sounds, mark the location with a pencil. Release the switch, reposition, and scan from the opposite direction to confirm the exact centre of the hidden object. Repeat several times for reliable results.
