Gaqqee ADF4351 RF Signal Generator — 35MHz to 4400MHz

The Gaqqee ADF4351 RF Signal Generator is a compact, versatile signal source designed for electronics engineers, hobbyists, and lab technicians. Covering a wide frequency range of 35MHz to 4,400MHz, this ADF4351-based module delivers reliable RF output through a standard SMA connector — all powered conveniently via a Type-C USB interface. Made in Mainland China. CE and RoHS certified.

Key Features

  • Wide Frequency Range: 35MHz–4,400MHz output, suitable for a broad range of RF testing and development applications.
  • Four Step Modes: Quickly switch between 1K, 10K, 100K, and 1M step increments for both coarse and fine frequency tuning.
  • 15-Key Control Panel: Numeric keys (0–9), increment/decrement (++/–) keys, and function keys for precise frequency adjustment and transmission control.
  • Type-C USB Power: Powered via USB Type-C (DC 4.5V–5.5V) — compatible with modern power banks, USB chargers, and PC ports.
  • Low Power Consumption: Standby current under 25mA; transmit current under 150mA — ideal for portable and extended-use setups.
  • Standard SMA Output: 50-ohm output impedance with SMA standard connector (internal thread) for easy integration into RF test setups.
  • LCD1602 Display: Clear on-board display showing current step mode and frequency status at a glance.
  • Continuous Scan Mode: Hold the ++/– key for over 1 second to activate automatic frequency sweep/scan; press OK to stop.

How to Use the Control Panel

The 15-key keypad includes numeric keys 0–9, ++ and – adjustment keys, and function keys. A short press of ++ or – increments or decrements the output frequency by 1 step. Holding either key for more than 1 second engages continuous scan mode. Press OK to start or stop transmission; press C to halt transmission and reset the frequency to zero. Use the <> key to cycle through the four step modes: 1K → 10K → 100K → 1M.
