DC730 Four-Digit Digital Voltmeter, Ammeter & Power Meter

The Gaqqee DC730 is a compact, high-precision four-digit digital meter that simultaneously measures DC voltage, current, and power in real time. With its bright LED display and fine-tuning capability via adjustable resistors, this meter is an ideal tool for electronics enthusiasts, DIYers, lab bench setups, and anyone who needs accurate, at-a-glance DC circuit monitoring.

Made in Mainland China.

Key Features

  • Three-in-One Measurement: Simultaneously displays DC voltage, current, and power on a clear four-digit LED panel — no need to switch between modes.
  • Wide Measurement Ranges: Voltage: DC 0.000–100.0V | Current: 0.000–10.00A | Power: 0.000–1000W — covering a broad range of DC circuits.
  • Fine-Tuning Support: Both voltage and current display values can be fine-adjusted via on-board adjustable resistors for maximum accuracy.
  • Premium Build Quality: Constructed from high-quality ABS material with a stable, high-precision LED digital display for long-term reliable performance.
  • On-Board Shunt Resistor: Features a low-temperature-drift alloy resistor shunt for direct connection per the wiring diagram.
  • CE & RoHS Certified: Meets international safety and environmental compliance standards.
  • Compact Panel-Mount Design: Dimensions of 79.3 × 42.1 × 26.2 mm with a mounting aperture of 71.7 × 39.1 mm — fits neatly into enclosures and project panels.

Wire Definitions

XH-2.54-3P Fine Wires (Total length: 155mm)

  • Fine Red Wire: Positive terminal of operating power supply. Must NOT connect to sources exceeding 30V.
  • Fine Black Wire: Negative terminal of operating power supply. Shares ground with thick black wire. Not required when using a shared power supply.
  • Thin Yellow Wire: Voltage test lead — connects to the positive terminal of the test circuit power supply.

VH-3.96-2P Thick Wires (Total length: 165mm) — Current Test Leads

  • Thick Red Wire: Current test positive terminal. Connects in series after the negative terminal of the load. Connect this wire last and disconnect first.
  • Thick Black Wire: Current test negative terminal. Connects to the power supply negative terminal. Connect first and disconnect last.

⚠️ Important: Thick wires must be connected in parallel with shunt resistors. Do not connect them directly to power supply terminals — this will cause a short circuit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the operating voltage range for the DC730 digital power meter?

A: The DC730 meter operates on a supply voltage of DC 7–30V, connected via the XH-3P red and black leads. It is critical that you do not exceed 30V on the operating supply, as this may damage the unit.

Q: Can I fine-tune the voltage and current readings on the DC730?

A: Yes. The DC730 supports fine adjustment of both voltage and current display values through on-board adjustable resistors. This allows you to calibrate the meter's readings for greater accuracy in your specific application.

Q: How do I safely connect the thick red and black current test wires?

A: The thick wires must always be connected in parallel with the on-board shunt resistor — never directly to power supply terminals, as this will cause a short circuit. When connecting, attach the thick black wire first and disconnect it last; attach the thick red wire last and disconnect it first.

Q: Is the DC730 power meter suitable for panel mounting?

A: Yes. The DC730 has a compact footprint (79.3 × 42.1 × 26.2 mm) with a mounting aperture of 71.7 × 39.1 mm, making it ideal for installation into enclosures, DIY project panels, or custom lab bench setups.
