Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What type of soap can I use with this automatic sensor soap dispenser?

A: This touchless soap dispenser is compatible with most standard liquid hand soaps. It is not recommended for use with thick gel or foam soaps, as these may affect the dispensing mechanism. For best results, use a standard liquid hand soap or a diluted foaming soap.

Q: How do I recharge the automatic soap dispenser?

A: The dispenser features a built-in 1200mAh rechargeable battery that charges via a standard Type-C USB cable (not included). Simply plug in the cable when the battery is low and charge until full — no need to remove or replace batteries.

Q: Is this sensor soap dispenser suitable for hotel or commercial use?

A: Absolutely. The large-capacity reservoir and durable ABS construction make this automatic sensor soap dispenser an excellent choice for hotels, restaurants, offices, and other high-traffic environments where hygiene and ease of use are a priority.

Q: How does the touchless sensor work?

A: The dispenser uses an infrared motion sensor to detect the presence of your hand beneath the nozzle. When your hand is detected, the pump automatically dispenses a measured amount of soap — no buttons to press, making it completely hands-free and hygienic.
