2-in-1 Natural Gas & CO Detector | Home Kitchen Safety
2-in-1 Natural Gas & Carbon Monoxide Detector
Keep your home, kitchen, garage, and family safe with this dual-function gas leak and carbon monoxide monitor. Featuring a high-sensitivity semiconductor sensor and a clear LCD display, this detector watches over your indoor air 24/7 — alerting you the moment combustible gas or CO concentrations reach unsafe levels.
Made in Mainland China.
Key Features
- Dual Detection: Simultaneously monitors combustible gases (methane, natural gas, propane, butane, ethane, coal gas, gasoline, toluene, alcohol, ketones, and more) AND carbon monoxide (CO) in a single compact unit.
- Visual & Audible Alarm: Emits an 85 dB alarm and flashes a red LED light when gas concentration reaches 5±3% LEL or when CO reaches set threshold levels — so you'll always know immediately when action is needed.
- LCD Concentration Display: Real-time digital readout shows exact gas concentration levels, removing any guesswork about your indoor air quality.
- Fast & Accurate Sensor: High-quality semiconductor calefaction-type sensor delivers quick response times and minimises false alarms for reliable everyday use.
- Wide Voltage Compatibility: Plug directly into any AC 90–240V wall socket. Also supports a 9V backup battery (not included) so monitoring continues even during a power outage.
- Easy Wall-Mount Installation: Designed to be mounted high on the wall — methane and natural gas are lighter than air and rise upward, so upper placement maximises detection effectiveness.
-
CO Alarm Thresholds:
- 30 ppm — alarm after 2 hours
- 50 ppm — alarm within 60–90 minutes
- 100 ppm — alarm within 10–40 minutes
- 300 ppm — alarm within 3 minutes
- Versatile Use: Ideal for homes, kitchens, garages, travel trailers, campers, food trucks, restaurants, and hotels.

How to Install & Use
- Mount the detector on a wall in the upper position (near the ceiling), as natural gas and methane are lighter than air and accumulate at height.
- Plug into a standard AC 90–240V power socket.
- The unit will display a 180-second countdown warm-up. Wait until the display shows 0P before testing — this means the detector is fully active.
- Press the Test button to verify alarm function at any time.
Note: A 9V backup battery is not included and must be purchased separately for use during power outages.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What gases can this 2-in-1 detector monitor?
A: This detector monitors carbon monoxide (CO) as well as a wide range of combustible gases including methane, natural gas, propane, butane, ethane, coal gas, gasoline, toluene, alcohol, ketones, and sewer gas — making it one of the most versatile home gas safety monitors available.
Q: Where should I install the natural gas and CO detector?
A: Mount the detector in an upper wall position, close to the ceiling. Because natural gas and methane are lighter than air, they rise and accumulate near the top of a room, so upper installation ensures the fastest and most accurate detection of combustible gas leaks.
Q: Does the detector work during a power outage?
A: Yes — in addition to its standard AC 90–240V plug-in operation, the detector supports a 9V backup battery (not included) so it continues to monitor your home even when the mains power is interrupted.
Q: How long does the warm-up period take, and what should I do during that time?
A: The detector requires approximately 180 seconds (3 minutes) to warm up after being plugged in. During this countdown you should not attempt to test the alarm. Once the LCD display shows "0P", the unit has entered normal working mode and is ready to use.
